Case Theory Module
How to prepare and plan for a trial and how to develop a case theory. This is an interactive distance learning exercise with a number of options:
Option 1 : You will receive a case study, a blank case analysis template and a guide to preparing a case analysis. You submit your fact analysis, case theory and case theme and you will receive written feedback from one of the SAHCA advocacy trainers. Estimated time for undertaking the exercise is 2 hours.
Cost – £40.00 (with £20 discount when booking a 1 day Advocacy Training Course within 1 year)
Add on options:
- Receive a model case analysis whether one was acting for either the Prosecution/Claimant or Defence £10.00.
- Work through the Case Analysis process on a 1 to 1 basis with a SAHCA trainer either face to face, via Skype/FaceTime, telephone or e-mail at £50.00 per hour.
