Attorney General London C Panel

SAHCA members may be interested to know that the next competition for appointments to the London C Panel of civil advocates, run by the Attorney General, will be opening on 25 September and closing at mid-day on Wednesday 31 October 2018. The panel is for advocates who will be instructed by the government to undertake civil and EU work and the government are particularly looking for advocates with between 2 and 5 years of advocacy experience, but who also have the necessary qualities to progress, in due course, to the B and A panels.

If you are interested in finding out more, a seminar is being run by the Government Legal Department on Wednesday 12 September 2018 – a flyer for that event can be found here and details of the competition generally, together with some more information about the way that the Attorney General panels operate and what a successful applicant would need to demonstrate, can be found here.
